About This Project

With this new construction home built by Lada Homes, the owner chose Maple, Legacy Cabinetry in the Estate series. This is a Princeton Style cabinet door in the color Amaretto. Included in the new kitchen is soft close hinges and drawers, a tall oven housing with pan drawers on both sides of the cook top. Tall stepped uppers with large crown throughout. There is also a lazy susan. Hardware is from Hardware Resources being 1092-128BNBDL and 1092-160BNBDL on the large drawers and lazy susan. The countertop chosen for this kitchen is Cambria in the color Berkeley. Also installed is a 50/50 stainless steel undermount sink.

The laundry room here is Legacy Cabinetry in Select Series Princeton Style in Maple wood painted Amaretto. Hardware is from Hardware Resources being 1092-128BNBDL. The countertop is Cambria in the color Berkeley.

In the Master Bath, they chose Legacy Cabinetry in Executive Series, Madison style, Maple wood with a Platinum finish. Matching the cabinets with the mirror frames and the Medicine cabinet really completes the look of this bathroom. That, pulled together with the top and the back wall, just WOW! The hardware is from Hardware Resources and is 1092-128BNBDL. The countertop is a group 4 Cambria in the color Berwyn with a waterfall edge with a white oval undermount sink.

The guest bath is Legacy Cabinetry with a Madison style all maple with an Amaretto finish. Hardware is from Hardware Resources and is 1092-128DBAC. The countertop is a group 4 Quartz color Windermere with a waterfall edge and a white oval undermount sink and splash.

The entertainment center is a combination of Legacy Cabinetry and Custom Built. The cabinetry from Legacy is Princeton Style Maple door painted Bisque with a Harvest Glaze. We custom built the floating shelves with the decorative toe base, skin and trim. What a beautiful piece to add to this area!

After deciding to add granite countertops to our kitchen, we contacted two local providers. We chose Deems and are incredibly pleased with our decision. The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful, pointing out the pros and cons of various edge types. After receiving our bid, we signed the contract and then proceeded to select our slab. They didn't have enough of the one we loved, so we chose a second option. However, the next day they called us and informed us they had managed to find two more slabs from the same batch! The process of template making was quick and highly professional. They have just completed the installation, and it looks gorgeous. Everyone we worked with at Deems was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

First of all, I am the pickiest person when it comes to workmanship - I can always find an issue. I was very concerned about having a seam on my 14-foot bar. Phillip Narain was extremely patient and listened attentively to my concerns. The day of installation was stress-free for me, and the entire staff was professional. I have no complaints, which is a first for me. My countertops look fantastic and the seam? You can't see it unless you look right on top of it. I absolutely love them. I chose quartz countertops and the price was less than I expected, especially considering I needed 95 square feet of quartz. I highly recommend DCI countertops and working with Philip was an honor. Great job!

Beautiful details are everywhere. So many caring and professional staff worked on the project, or called on the phone to check in and ask questions, it was as if they were creating a kitchen for one of their own. I am especially impressed with the care they took in cutting my quartz countertop pieces and asking in advance which sections of the slab I liked best. In the end, the way it was positioned when installed, it's like a work of art! I refuse to put anything on the counters other than a matching coffee maker, electric kettle, and a few pieces of complimentary decor, so as not to hide this gorgeous pattern. I cook elaborate meals, but you would never know it by how clean I keep it. Thank you, Deems, and all the best!
